Our maximum capacity is 100 guests, but this can vary depending on the type of event and the layout or needs of your setup. For example, seated dinners or events with elaborate setups may accommodate fewer guests, while standing receptions or more open layouts can host up to 100 comfortably. To ensure a seamless experience, we encourage you to work with our preferred vendors for rentals, who are familiar with our space and setup requirements. While you’re not required to use them, they can help simplify logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly. Please note that all décor must be freestanding or temporary, with no permanent fixtures or adhesives allowed.
Can we bring in our own decor, rentals, etc?
Yes, there is street metered parking available near Poppy's Loft, along with limited free two-hour parking just down the street. Additionally, the Memorial Parking Garage is conveniently located right across the street. For vendors, there is a designated loading zone for easy unloading, though free vendor parking is not available.

We do not have specific restrictions on entertainment, but all forms of entertainment must be approved in advance. This ensures that everything aligns with venue guidelines, local noise ordinances, and event logistics. We're happy to work with you to accommodate live music, DJs, performers, or other entertainment to make your event unforgettable.
